As part of our venture capital team, you will manage the CRF and be the central point of contact for the investments. You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular
Representing CRF interests and actively shaping solutions in the context of special situations such as exits, contract adjustments or other special issues
Ongoing support of our CRF investments with monitoring of contractual requirements
Coordination and, if necessary, negotiation with start-ups and their stakeholders, in particular regarding measures requiring approval
Reviewing reports and financial plans and identifying any need for action
Supporting ongoing and regular reporting
After your degree in economics, preferably with a specialisation in finance, accounting, banking or banking training, you have already gained professional experience in the field of financing (corporate clients), venture capital or investment management or have worked in a start-up yourself. We would also like to see
Initial experience in analysing and evaluating companies and in monitoring/supporting investments
Basic financial knowledge
A good understanding of business contexts
Negotiation skills and hands-on mentality
Quick comprehension, strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Convincing demeanour and a goal-oriented, proactive way of working
